Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost Shipments
Please let us know if you have not received your shipment and we will contact our shipping representative for a status update. If, for any reason, your shipment cannot be delivered to your address we will correspond with the order requester on how they would like to proceed with their order.
Returns
You can initiate a return by emailing us at ziggyzigdesigns@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be granted within 15 business days of the time that we receive the return. In some cases, they may be granted sooner. Return shipping fees and restocking fees may be applicable depending on the condition of the products, the value of the order, and your reason for returning.
Refunds
If you are issued a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
